The Wellness Journey Exploration is a beta program that combines different elements and modalities to look at our habits to create our own routes to our personal wellness destination. This program is about YOU. It’s not about me, my goals, or getting you to do what I do. It’s about your goals, your needs, your desires, and your successes.

NOTE: As it is a Beta program, things may change between now and when it starts as I continue to flesh out ideas. This is what I plan on making sure is in the 4 week program that starts October 3rd.

5 Group Coaching Sessions on Zoom

  • Each call will chat about what is upcoming and provide an opportunity to share your challenges publically and/or privately
  • Dates will be:
    • Sunday, October 3 at 8:00pm ET
    • Monday, October 11 at 7:00pm ET
    • Sunday, October 17 at 8:00pm ET
    • Sunday, October 24 at 10:00am ET
    • Saturday, October 30 at 10:00am ET
  • Each call will be about 30-60 minutes
  • Replays will be available if you can’t make it live
