Find full body bliss and freedom in body movements in a 5 week series. Each week will focus on an individual region of the body to improve all ranges of motion for each joint to act as a tune up for your body.

The workshops will begin with self-massage using therapy balls to release muscle tension and soothe the nervous system. While the bulk of the time will be spent with corrective exercises and functional movements to strengthen muscles through all the ranges. We’ll discover your body’s blind spots, the areas that don’t quite seem to want to work, for you to continue your own practice at home.

Together the workshops will help to decrease pain, improve your posture, and enhance your performance.

October 19th– Infinite Breath: Core Work for Better Breathing
October 26th- Hips, Hips, Hooray, Part 1: Tilts for a Better Pelvis
November 2nd- Hips, Hips, Hooray, Part 2: Twist & Shout with a Pelvis Pendulum
November 16th- Atlas Relaxed: Releasing the Tech Neck
